Impact Mentoring is a peer mentoring program that matches high school students with junior high students. The high school students have been trained as mentors and have been identified as positive leaders and role models on their school campus.

Impact Mentoring consists of 25 weekly sessions. These sessions include one-on-one time between mentors and proteges, goal setting, and academic tutoring. The sessions take place every Wednesday after school until 5:00 pm. Mentoring is a year-long commitment. This program helps students with their success in finishing junior high and entering high school.
